The Really Big Picture

Let's start by putting the good ol' US of A at center. The American people are getting their ire up, they are organizing and there is even talk of revolution. Murmurings of lost freedom, and corruption. N. Korea testing missiles, maybe selling them to Iran, and now withdrawing from talks. Iran spreading fear, enriching uranium saying its for power plants, but really we know its for nuclear weapons. Quagmirish multinational conflict in Iraq and Afghanistan. The Chinese quietly biding their time, who knows whats up their sleeves. Cuba likes the new American president, maybe he will be able to kill them with kindness and show them how great democracy is, probably not because theres alot of angry Americans who are unhappy with the new prez. France hates America, even though we should be friends, maybe the new USA prez will make friends with the frenchies. UK is having their own problems and they too are sick of misrepresentation by their parlaiment, but they still have a queen, how quaint. Theres rumors of a secret plot to unite all the nations of the world in one global govt. That sounds like the kickoff to World War III to me. We can't get along, they hate us for being free, we hate them for hating us. Muslims hate Christians and Jews. Christians don't know Muslims hate them, they forgot that jihad means "holy" war, Jews can never forget the hatred, they've always been hated.
The nations or groups not mentioned are the ones we should be worrying about, they are quietly handling their business doing, God only knows what. What would God say if he or she suddenly appeared and saw us all hating, fearing, threatening, killing, and cheating each other?
Don't forget all the militant groups who are not state sponsored but sure would like a chance to use the weapons they've been stockpiling, you know who they are, Neo Nazis, Al-Qaeda, Anarchists, Black Panthers, Hezbollah, Somali pirates, etc, etc, etc. Things appear darkest before the dawn, well it's pretty freakin dark out there. One of two things will happen, things will get better, or things will break into all out war and then things will get better for the winner. Unless, some nut launches nukes and then we are all toast. Obama Likes Cuba

Yeah he wants to ease restrictions on travel. I think it's a bad idea, make them give up communism first. Somewhere in time, between my childhood in the 70's and the beginning of the new milennium, communism went from enemy status to tolerated annoyance. I'm sorry but I am clinging to the way I was taught, communism is evil, it seeks to control the world. Talking with Castro is good, diplomacy is always good, but giving in on travel restrictions is going to open a cashflow to further empower the communist country. Wake up Obama, you might be winning the hearts and minds of the rest of the world, but here at home you are failing miserably. You are commited to serving the United States of America, not the rest of the planet, you are our leader, act like it. AFT

Pirates Attack American Flagged Ship

I will do my best not to use pirate slang because this is a serious issue. Is this the first time they've attacked a ship under U.S. flag? If so, then Obama needs to send a very strong message, by parking a fleet of battleships on their coast. Maybe an aircraft carrier or two. Issue a verbal warning to the Somali govt., whatever that is. Tell them, "You stop the piracy, or we'll sink every ship in your harbor. Maybe I'm too aggressive. Is the U.N. doing anything about it? Lots of questions. Just heard on the news they took the Captain hostage. Kidnapping an American citizen from a ship under the U.S. Flag. Maybe it's a good thing I'm not president, because that sounds like an act of war to me. Maybe I should flip the coin and look at the pirate point of view, their economy is far worse than ours, maybe this is how they feed their families? This is why I ask if the UN is doing anything, could they or do they already send aid? Sounds to me like Somalia is out of control. I don't know how to judge this one, I have zero experience with maritime law, biggest boat I've ever been on was a row boat. Maybe we should look at the Caribbean history and how those provincial govts. solved the problem. Military escorts perhaps? I dunno but I eagerly await Obamas response! AFT

Fox Focks Up!

I've been watching Fox News all morning, but now there is some activist on there blabbing about financial freedom and the activists apparently are upset because they are having a hard time organizing without money. Well congrats Fox you dropped the ball, started out to be about the Tea Parties, ended up being an activists whining about money. Hey Fox you should get some ordinary people on your show to talk about how alot of us are having a hard time getting enough money to feed our families. How bout letting some people who were foreclosed on talk about their hard times. How about sending a reporter to the unemployment office and finding out what real struggling Americans are going through because it is clear that you are out of touch with the people. AFT

American Hero

I read this story today, http://www.glennbeck.com/content/articles/article/198/23658/ and I have to admit Mr. Luttrell was alot more controlled in that situation than I would've been. I admit I'm an animal nut, ok, I love my cats and dogs. If this happened to me I probably would not have responded with self control like this real American Hero, Marcus Luttrell. Obamas Nuke Free Future

"To reduce our warheads and stockpiles, we will negotiate a new Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty with the Russians this year,". Okay the idea of a nuke free world sounds nice but in all honesty its not gonna happen. We cannot possibly surrender our arsenal, not with entities in the world like Iran, N. Korea, and China. If we give up ours, they will hit us with theirs. No matter who the president is we cannot appear weak to the enemies of freedom. We must always remain militarily strong and we must always make sure we fight on the side of freedom and justice. 140 nations have ratified the Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty but many nations have not, including the USA. Obama has already proven that he is fiscally incompetent, why should we, the people, allow him to remove our defenses, why should we allow him to handle foreign policy? We should do everything we can to keep our nukes, we must never use them, but just having them is a deterrent to nutjobs like Kim Jong Il, who happened to test fire his long range missile as Obama was giving his speech. I wonder if Iran bought it. I want someone with the right contacts to investigate Obama and find where his loyalties lie, it is becoming ever more clear that he is not loyal to the American people, he does not have our best interest at heart.
