Yes its been a long time since i posted, sorry folks. If you read this you are totally awesome, :)! Ok my take on the whole we got Bin Laden song and dance is, its a lie. Obama needed something to save the ol' Presidency. So he calls Bin Laden on the phone and says, I can take the heat off you if you let me fake your death. I have no evidence of course. But there are questions, as such, why did they really bury him at sea?? To hide the fake of course, and no body means no later DNA tests, no further evidence. The Prez is not releasing the photos either, suspicious right? Also I heard they bombed the compound in which Bin Laden was found, why would they do that? Oh, I know to wipe out any evidence that may be left in blood spatter or brain matter, no DNA!! Ok so America dont fall for this garbage. I was shocked to see how many people ran out into the streets to celebrate, I thought most of you were smarter than that, or was it a left organized event to cement the alleged death of Osama Bin Laden. Rally around your patriotism while the Prez maneuvers. Never let the left hand know what the right hand is doing, understand? So maybe we should be looking into less televised things that our so-called government is doing!!! Peace AFT

I cannot agree more with the Mr. Roosevelt, you are all welcome in the United States of America, but come here legally and be loyal to the U.S., leave your Mexican flag in Mexico. My personal opinion concerning those boys who were asked to remove or flip inside out their American flag shirts is as follows, Cinco De Mayo is a Mexican holiday, not an American holiday, yet I did not hear one person in the media mention this. Rumours of my demise are greatly exaggerated. In all reality the truth is, I abandoned this blog. I chose to leave it because the Dept. of Homeland Security was reading my emails. I can't prove that, but I'm fairly certain. My wife got scared so I chose to put my patriotic soapbox aside. Priorities were shifted, family first. I knew that the things I had written were like seeds planted in the minds of my readers, and I hoped that the seed would flourish and the people would spread my seed around, okay that sounds wrong. You know what I mean, right? I have never stopped caring about my country, and seeing the advancement of the Tea Party from a grassroots effort to a legitimate political force to be reckoned with, makes me so proud of my fellow Patriots. That dark foreboding feeling that prevailed over my previous writings seems to have thinned, there is hope that our nation can be saved, we shall overcome. God bless you all, and God bless America. I received this in an email, I am not trying to plagiarize anybody. However whenever I recieve anything asking for a donation, I can't help but get a little suspicious. I challenge you to be the fact checker, is this email telling the truth? It was titled Big Laber puts Trojan Horse in Obamacare. I am going to sign the petition they offer, because I am fully against Obamacare. If what this says is true, we have a far greater problem than socialized healthcare.

Then, we could trumpet this power grab in a way even the media can't miss, and take out the offending section.
But the forced-unionism scheme is built deep into the very details of the mechanism for "public option," "employer mandates" and "cooperative health care associations."
Simply put, you and I must act today to stop the entire bill.

Okay, some of this rings true to me, if you recall Obama gave a large percentage of GM to the labor union. Also Obama is from Chicago politics, labor unions are favored in Chicago. Taxation Upon Taxation

How many times does the United States government tax your hard earned income? Lets say John Q gets his paycheck, all the taxes taken out. On his way home he stops at the convenience store. There he pays taxes on his purchases, items purchased with his income, sales tax, fat tax, tobacco tax, etc. Then he goes home to rest, while home he decides to get his bills in order and go pay them. Cable bill first, cuz he got da bundle, line fee, interstate blah blah, lots of fees and taxes. This is the story of most Americans, you work one, sometimes two or three jobs, and your money just doesn't go very far because of the taxation upon taxation. See this government that just grows itself and really does nothing else of value, well other than national defense has to feed off your income, you might as well burn your money, very little of all that taxation actually benefits you. Wouldn't you like to just get one minimum fed and state tax, and then get to keep all your money without being slammed with all those cumbersome miscellaneous taxes. Can we do something about this, yes, you can work "under the table". I am not advocating this option, it is illegal. Even if you manage to make a decent amount of money you still will get slammed with sales tax and all those others. The only real solution is to pressure congress to change the rules, if you have to take it all the way to the supreme court. Let's face it we all know that the government is a wasteful entity, and even with Obamas valiant attempt to appear as if he was cutting the waste, he didnt. We need people in there with some common sense, pull all the government grants for research on ridiculous things like the speed at which ketchup rolls downhill. Cut funding to all the ridiculous offices, and czars and all other beuracracies that are not essential to running the govt. Then pass a law that says in years without a balanced budget, nobody in govt. gets paid. From the prez all the way down to the bottom of the pile. We need some serious cost cutting efforts and TARP and bailouts is throwing good money after bad, anybody that is trying to save money knows that is just bad. There are things we citizens can do to save money, and we shoud for the betterment of ourselves, but our government needs to save money too, for the betterment of our future. We've all seen this guys face, the homegrown jihadist. Have we actually seen any real evidence of this guys link to terror training camps, etc.? I can't help but wonder if this guy isn't really a patriot who maybe is very zealous with his love for country. I can't help but wonder if maybe they are painting this guy to be a terrorist, to use the Patriotic Act to violate his rights. I firmly believe that there are terrorist cells in the United States. Despite my suspicions, if this guy is a terrorist he has opened a door for prosecution of lots of dissenting Americans as terrorists. The Patriotic Act could be used to search our homes without a warrant, they can monitor your activity online, they can hear your phone calls, especially cell phones. The most damaging effect of the Patriot Act, is that they can label you a terrorist, circumventing the Innocent until Proven Guilty part of American law. They point the finger at you and say terrorist, then you don't get rights, you go off to some nameless prison or internment camp, and they do not have to show the evidence to the people. President Obama has knocked down lots of Bush legislation, but not the Patriot Act, why? Because any good socialist needs a way to silence the opposition. Any of us anti-Obama bloggers could be targets of this, anybody who dares to speak against him at a town hall, anybody who doesn't fit with Obamas plans. An administration that clearly has an agenda and does not care what the people think, will cherish a system that allows them to spy on their enemies, gives them free reign to ride roughshod right over the Constitution. That is right, we are finally making enough noise to get their attention, but they keep saying its an organized conservative plot. Eventually they will come to grips with the idea that they have no idea what ordinary Americans want, and then maybe they will come to us to find out what issues matter to you. Don't ever stop emailing and faxing congress, obviously if we aren't constantly bombarding them with our opinions they will not do what is best for us. If we stop telling them what we want they will go back to doing what is best for them. So now that we have found our power and have exercised it, we must forever exercise our peoples power otherwise it will grow weak, like a muscle. You've got to flex that muscle to keep it strong! Running this great nation is every Americans job, we are the watchdogs for our childrens future. We all want the generations to come to live in a better more free America. Freedom of Choice Act

Oooh, that sounds good doesn't it. Too bad it has nothing to do with freedom or choice, its a little piece of legislation that Obama wants. It is the most pro-abortion bill ever. It wants all you good taxpayers to pay for abortions, whether you are for against matters not. It overrides state laws concerning abortion, partial birth abortion, and parent notification for pregnant minors. It takes all the choice out of your hands, and makes all forms of abortion legal and taxpayer supported. We have to stop this. Which side are you on, pro life or pro choice? I personally feel that abortion is a despicable, horrible thing. However I understand that in our very fucked up society it is a necessary evil. When the orphanages are empty, when every child born has a family to love them, then I say outlaw abortion. Unfortunately our world is full of evil, crime, and disease. I see times when abortion is necessary, I hate it, but this world creates babies without concern of who will raise them and financially support them. I can rationalize some abortion because of my belief in reincarnation. I see that a child unwanted in this life, will get a second chance at life. I cannot rationalize adult promiscuity paired with abortion as birth control. If you can't afford or are not able to raise a child, stop fucking. You can get free birth control in any city in America, there is no excuse for you to keep getting pregnant and then abort. In cases where birth defect or some other tragedy jeopardizes the mothers or the child's life, then the decision belongs to the parents. I hope I never have to make one of those decisions. In cases of rape, which is the most despicable act, I think it should be a death sentence, if a child is created as a result of a rape, I believe that it is the pregnant ones choice. No, rapists do not get fathers rights. They should get impaled on spikes and everything they own be sold at auction and put into a fund to pay child support. This is a very complicated issue and I do not claim to have any solutions. I just wanted to express my point of view. I received an email on this subject that inspired me to get on this subject today. Mike Huckabee wants to stop this "evil" law.

Political Tricks (repost)

This is a repost from a while back, but it is pertinent to the issues the American people face today. The people of the United States must be ever vigilant, especially in a time when government is growing at dangerous rates, if we know the tricks of the political trade then we can more easily spot the lies and maybe we will be more able to separate out those nuggets of truth. This little list should be a mandatory class in high schools, a requirement to graduate. Don't ever expect someone else to be the watchdog and tell you the truth, you have to be your own watchdog!

THE RULES OF DISINFORMANTION--THE POLITICIAN'S CREDO

Note: The first rule and last five (or six, depending on situation) rules are generally not directly within the ability of the traditional disinfo artist to apply. These rules are generally used more directly by those at the leadership, key players, or planning level of the organized crime syndicate we know as government.
1. Hear no evil, see no evil, speak no evil. Regardless of what you know,don't discuss it -- especially if you are a public figure, news anchor, etc. If it's not reported, it didn't happen, and you never have to deal with the issues.

2. Become incredulous and indignant. Avoid discussing key issues and instead focus on side issues which can be used to show the topic as being critical of some otherwise sacrosanct group or theme. This is also known as the "How dare you!" gambit.

3. Create rumor mongers. Avoid discussing issues by describing all charges, regardless of venue or evidence, as mere rumors and wild accusations. Other derogatory terms mutually exclusive of truth may work as well. This methodworks especially well with a silent press, because the only way the publiccan learn of the facts are through such "arguable rumors". If you can associate the material with the Internet, use this fact to certify it a "wild rumor" which can have no basis in fact.

4. Use a straw man. Find or create a seeming element of your opponent's argument which you can easily knock down to make yourself look good and the opponent to look bad. Either make up an issue you may safely imply exists based on your interpretation of the opponent, opponent arguments, situation, or select the weakest aspect of the weakest charges. Amplify their significance and destroy them in a way which appears to debunk all the charges, real and fabricated alike, while actually avoiding discussion of the real issues.

5. Sidetrack opponents with name calling and ridicule./ This is also known as the primary attack the messenger ploy, though other methods qualify as variants of that approach. Associate opponents with unpopular titles such as "kooks", "right-wing", "liberal", "left-wing", "terrorists","conspiracy buffs", "radicals", "militia", "racists", "religious fanatics", "sexual deviates", and so forth. This makes others shrink from support out of fear of gaining the same label, and you avoid dealing with issues.

6. Hit and Run. In any public forum, make a brief attack of your opponent or the opponent position and then scamper off before an answer can befielded, or simply ignore any answer. This works extremely well in Internet and letters-to -the-editor environments where a steady stream of new identities can be called upon without having to explain criticism, reasoning simply make an accusation or other attack, never discussing issues, and never answering any subsequent response, for that would dignify the opponent's viewpoint.

7. Question motives. Twist or amplify any fact which could be taken to imply that the opponent operates out of a hidden personal agenda or other bias. This avoids discussing issues and forces the accuser on the defensive.

8. Invoke authority. Claim for yourself or associate yourself with authority and present your argument with enough "jargon" and "minutiae" to illustrate you are "one who knows", and simply say it isn't so without discussing issues or demonstrating concretely why or citing sources.

9. Play Dumb. No matter what evidence or logical argument is offered, avoid discussing issues with denial if they have any credibility, make any sense, provide any proof, contain or make a point, have logic, or support a conclusion. Mix well for maximum effect.

10. Associate opponent charges with old news. A derivative of the strawman, usually in any large-scale matter of high visibility, someone will make charges early on which can be or were already easily dealt with. Where it can be foreseen, have your own side raise a straw man issue and have it dealt with early on as part of the initial contingency plans. Subsequent charges, regardless of validity or new ground uncovered, can usually then be associated with the original charge and dismissed as simply being a rehash without need to address current issues, so much the better where theopponent is or was involved with the original source.

11. Establish and rely upon fall-back positions. Using a minor matter or element of the facts, take the "high road" and "confess" with candor that some innocent mistake, in hindsight, was made, but that opponents have seized on the opportunity to blow it all out of proportion and imply greater criminalities which, "just isn't so." Others can reinforce this on your behalf, later. Done properly, this can garner sympathy and respect for "coming clean" and "owning up" to your mistakes without addressing more serious issues.

12. Enigmas have no solution. Drawing upon the overall umbrella of events surrounding the issue, and the multitude of players and events, paint the entire affair as too complex to solve. This causes those otherwise following the matter to begin to lose interest more quickly without having to address the actual issues.

13. Alice in Wonderland Logic. Avoid discussion of the issues by reasoning backwards with an apparent deductive logic in a way that forbears any actual material fact.

14. Demand complete solutions. Avoid the issues by requiring opponents to solve the problem at hand completely, a ploy which works best for items qualifying for rule 10.

15. Fit the facts to alternate conclusions. This requires creative thinking unless the act was planned with contingency conclusions in place.

16. Vanishing evidence. If it does not exist, it is not fact, and youwon't have to address the issue.

17. Change the subject. Usually in connection with one of the other ploys listed here, find a way to side-track the discussion with abrasive or controversial comments in hopes of turning attention to a new, more manageable topic. This works especially well with companions who can "argue" with you over the new topic and polarize the discussion arena in order to avoid discussing more key issues.

18. Emotionalize, Antagonize, and Goad Opponents. If you can't do anything else, chide and taunt your opponents and draw them into emotional responses which will tend to make them look foolish and overly motivated, and generally render their material somewhat less coherent. Not only will you avoid discussing the issues in the first instance, but even if their emotional response addresses the issue, you can further avoid the issues by then focusing on how "sensitive they are to criticism".

19. Ignore proof presented, demand impossible proofs. This is perhaps a variant of the "play dumb" rule. Regardless of what material may be presented by an opponent in public forums, claim the material irrelevant and demand proof that is impossible for the opponent to come by (it may exist, but not be at his disposal, or it may be something which is known to be safely destroyed or withheld, such as a shredded govt. study). In order to completely avoid discussing issues may require you to categorically deny and be critical of media or books as valid sources, deny that witnesses are acceptable, or even deny that statements made by government or other authorities have any meaning or relevance.

20. False evidence. Whenever possible, introduce new facts or clues designed and manufactured to conflict with opponent presentations as useful tools to neutralize sensitive issues or impede resolution. This works best when the crime was designed with contingencies for the purpose, and the facts cannot be easily separated from the fabrications.

21. Call a parliamentary committee study, Supreme court test, or other empowered investigative body. Subvert the process to your benefit and effectively neutralize all sensitive issues without true public input. Once convened, the evidence and testimony are required to be acceptable to the committee/court as evidence when properly handled, damaging evidence can be discarded. For instance, if you own the judicial/committee officials, it can insure an official hearing hears no useful evidence and that the evidence is sealed, refused or buried and unavailable to subsequent investigators. Once a favorable verdict (usually, this technique is applied to find the govt. innocent, but it can also be used to obtain authority when seeking to extend govt. powers) is achieved, the matter can be considered officially closed.

22. Manufacture a new truth. Create your own expert(s), group(s), author(s),leader(s) or influence existing ones willing to forge new ground via scientific, investigative, or social research or testimony which concludes favorably. In this way, if you must actually address issues, you can do so authoritatively.

23. Create bigger distractions. If the above does not seem to be working to distract from sensitive issues, or to prevent unwanted media coverage of unstoppable events such as trials, create bigger news stories (or treat them as such) to distract the multitudes.

Thats a far out concept in a world where everything we do is controlled. What? Don't think everything you do is controlled? More Bank Bailouts

I just heard on Fox news that Tim Geithner said the banks can pay back the TARP funds, and then Fox reported that more bank stress tests are necessary and that more banks might need bailouts. Why? Why should we bail them out? Let them fail, but publish the results of those stress tests so that anyone who holds an account with that bank can get their money out. Mismanaged businesses fail often, why should banks be any different. If I get word that my bank is in trouble I'll be on their doorstep the next morning to get my savings out of danger. FDIC only covers a certain amount, and if banks start failing then FDIC will run out of funds to reimburse the losses. I am not suggesting that there should be a run on banks, but there should be some transparency so those who are in danger will know it, and hopefully be able to act wisely before it's too late. Honestly however, how likely are bankers to be honest with you and tell you if their bank is in financial trouble, they are not, so I'm suggesting setting up some sort of non-government oversight and transparency entity, so that someone can be held responsible if a bank closes and people lose money. I think bankers should support this, after all if your bank comes out with good results, then you will see an increase in business. We do have the right to know how they handle our money and how well run a bank is. AFT

I'm back! Hello followers and readers, I've been on hiatus, well actually I've been pre-occupied with Roller Coaster Tycoon 3. Hmmmm recent topics since I've been gone... When I first set out to draft a new Declaration of Independence I was very fearful. I wasn't seeing the outcome, I was seeing the possible repercussions. I was concerned about prison, firing squad, loss of citizenship, a myriad of things. I had to find in myself courage, I had to put aside fear and work for the greater good. Now that the peaceful revolution has started, I feel more free than I ever have. I feel like I understand better all those history classes. I feel as though I am in good company. Please do not let fear win, our only hope is to put the power back in the hands of the people.

The revolution is not a conservative thing, its not a liberal thing, its not about the choices you made in the past, its about the choices you make now. The revolution is not about Obama, its about a long train of abuses and violations of our rights that goes back at least 50 years. If I Were President?

Let's just say that I am lucky enough to win an election and the 2/3rds majority of congress is on my side, just for the sake of argument.

What I'd do. Close the borders,temporarily. Then I would order all U.S. military personnel back to the United States and temporarily shut down all our bases in other countries. Then I would dissolve all trade agreements, no more nafta. Then I would issue a statement to the world that says, "We have not abandoned you, but America must get it's house in order, once we've straightened ourselves out then we will be back to helping you".

Next. I'm gonna push my friendly congress to give me the line item veto, cut the pork right! I would shut down every thing that the U.S. gov does that is not necessary to running the country. I would then promote a bill tripling the wages of everyone serving in the military. They do the hardest work, they should get the best wage possible.

Now I want to reform elections, I would kill the electoral college and institute a fund to create a new technological way for people to vote and actually have their votes mean something. Maybe a super secure website or a cell phone vote system, I dunno, I'll leave the technicalities to the private sector company that wins the bid.

Then I will give all my prez pay to the treasury to put it toward the national debt, and then ask the senators and reps to do the same, if they balk, I'll push through a law that says they don't get paid for the privilege of serving the people. I bet the people would vote for that.

Tax reform, we need it, and I would make sure it happens, but the hard part is figuring out how to make it fair to all. We will probably have to have a panel formed to make sure that every opinion is considered, we want to do what is best after all. I don't claim to know whats best, but I got some ideas. 8% sales tax nationwide, flat, no taxes on top of that except any state sales tax that might apply. I would make it criminal for the government to tax inheritances. Estate tax must go too.

I would have to push for nationalized healthcare, I know some people don't like it but I believe it would benefit the nation in ways that wont be determinable for decades. Imagine the money Americans could save if they weren't spending it on doctor bills and prescriptions. In exchange for taking away inheritance tax, estate tax, etc., the people will be taxed a small percentage of their income for healthcare. With this system we could force down the price of medicines and healthcare. When I say nationalized healthcare I do not mean one giant hmo, I hate hmos.
I'm talking about a system that encourages you to take good care of your health but doesn't force you to make appointments. A system where everybody gets the care they need at the pace they want it. Free prescriptions. We could make this happen tomorrow if Obama hadn't already buried us under a mountain of debt. Now people are skiddish about things like this.

Oh well, I'll probably never get the chance to be president. Just a dream. AFT

I say keep Gitmo and allow torture of terrorists, they don't have any fucking problem torturing and beheading Americans, and they take pride in sending us the video tapes. Fuck Em! and Fuck You if you wanna prosecute Americans for doing their jobs. The Geneva convention does not apply to terrorist groups, only soldiers employed in a national army.

Obama wants to talk about nuclear disarmament. NO! We are not giving up our nukes, forget it. The world just becomes more and more dangerous every day. Giving up our backbone defense would be treasonous. Somebody tell Obama that he can be prosecuted too. Tell those nutjobs like Ahmadinejad and his ilk, that we will do everything we can to stop them from getting nukes. Then remind them what Mutually Assured Destruction means. Vent Time!

No one in Washington accepts the blame, Obamabots blame everything on Bush, and Bush blamed it all on Clinton, and this goes back through history. I have friends, repubs, and dems, that are always getting pissed at me, for speaking my mind. They defend whatever party they've sold their souls to, to the death. They think I am un-American, because I can't support one side or the other for the benefit of the country. I tell them neither side has ever been beneficial to the people. I have a friend who I honestly admit is militant, he is wanting me to draft a new Declaration of Independence, only this one will be independence from a corrupt government. He also wants me to rewrite the constitution. I told him that I support the Constitution, maybe not all amendments, but in general the bill of rights needs to remain intact. If anything I would add to the Constitution, I would change the 2nd Amendment to say that everyone has the right and responsibility to own a gun and carry it openly, without waiting periods and background checks. Because we all know that criminals don't get their guns through legal means, that is just making it harder for an honest American to get a gun. Not to mention the impact it would have on criminals and other unfreindly governments, nobody is gonna fuck with America if everybody has a gun. 1st Amendment should stand just the way it is. I've been bouncing a really radical idea around in my head, contemplating repercussions, if any. My radical idea, a new freedom should be added to the Bill of Rights, the right to die. Yeah I know I am losing readers already, oh well fuck em. I believe that the ultimate freedom is to choose how and when you die. We have a right to life that means on the same scale is the right to die. The ULTIMATE FREEDOM, think about it. I'm sure the medical profession is against this one, after all they would lose billions they make by keeping people alive. We all need to face the fact that we will all die, there is no escape, so I want to choose how and when. Ok heres another idea that will scare off my readers. How about unlimited freedom, that means that I can do any damn thing I want with my property, my body, my life as long as what I do doesn't infringe on anyone elses liberties or put anyone else in danger. Thats a really unpopular idea, but maybe someone like me needed to say it. So our prisons won't be filled to capacity with potheads, and other minor criminals. There'll be plenty of room for the murderers and child molesters. Heres another really fuckin crazy idea, lets create Ellis Island South, one spot on the Mexican border where people can immigrate through, the rest of the border walled up with orders to our border patrol to shoot on sight anyone attempting to cross the border illegaly, because if we give them a legitimate means of immigration only the criminal element will try to cross illegaly. Here's the details, let's say Juan and his family want to come to America, they go stand in line at the spot, when they walk in, the first thing they must do is have their baggage searched for contraband, then every member of Juans family has to swear allegiance to the United States, and they must sign a paper stating they surrender their citizenship and all loyalty to Mexico. They are added to the social security registry, issued soc sec cards and Juan and all of his sons who are over 18, are enlisted to serve in the U.S. Army for a minimum of two years. Now attached to Ellis Island South on the American side will be an employment office. The family members that were not enlisted in the service get to find jobs and pay taxes like the rest of America. Those in the service will of course send their pay home for their family. After two years of service Juan and all his sons who were over 18 are issued their citizenship papers and thanked for their service. Now Juan and the boys are on their way home to become good tax paying citizens, whilst those who went to the job office are now getting their citizenship papers earned for them by Juan and sons. Of course we will make sure that they are fully indoctrinated and naturalized, and make damn certain they know their rights and the law. Why I crafted this idea is because if it weren't for immigrants most of the anti-immigration assholes today wouldn't be here, if my grandfather hadn't immigrated to this country, then this America loving patriot wouldn't be here.
Let's talk about taxes now, here is my "radical" point of view. If we all pay a sales tax, then you cannot add a tax on top of that, no fat tax, no tobacco tax, no anything on top of sales tax. You cannot tax me extra because I like doughnuts. Let's get rid of that estate tax and any and all inheritance or lottery winnings or gift tax, no more taxation on what grandpa left for you. The government keeps slamming us with taxes to pay for their crap, but out of respect to the tax payers the government should do everything to cut costs, to scrap all the pork and ridiculous shit our tax dollars should not be paying for. No more private jets for senators and reps, no more spending tax dollars on their vacations. Here's a crazy one, take away pay from all elected officials, because they are already rich enough. Take away their right to vote themselves pay raises. Let's get rid of the antiquated electoral college, it is obvious they don't vote how we would. A popular vote will truly represent the people. The penalty for an elected official proven to have been accepting kickbacks from lobbyists, should be death. Yeah capital punishment. Maybe then they will serve us and not be greedy. Heres a nutty idea that will lose me some conservative friends, and probably make me popular with the liberals, even tho I dislike them. Nationalized Healthcare, I know crazy, I've thought long and hard on this one. Here is my argument for it, we need it, if we had it then maybe all our jobs wouldn't have left the country because they could'nt afford to pay us and give us health insurance. Not to mention that with this comes an "entity" thats sole job is making sure that the health care industry doesn't milk the govt for money as they do now.

Murmurings of lost freedom, and corruption. N. Korea testing missiles, maybe selling them to Iran, and now withdrawing from talks. Iran spreading fear, enriching uranium saying its for power plants, but really we know its for nuclear weapons. Quagmirish multinational conflict in Iraq and Afghanistan. The Chinese quietly biding their time, who knows whats up their sleeves. Cuba likes the new American president, maybe he will be able to kill them with kindness and show them how great democracy is, probably not because theres alot of angry Americans who are unhappy with the new prez. France hates America, even though we should be friends, maybe the new USA prez will make friends with the frenchies. UK is having their own problems and they too are sick of misrepresentation by their parlaiment, but they still have a queen, how quaint. Theres rumors of a secret plot to unite all the nations of the world in one global govt. That sounds like the kickoff to World War III to me. We can't get along, they hate us for being free, we hate them for hating us. Muslims hate Christians and Jews. Christians don't know Muslims hate them, they forgot that jihad means "holy" war, Jews can never forget the hatred, they've always been hated.
The nations or groups not mentioned are the ones we should be worrying about, they are quietly handling their business doing, God only knows what. What would God say if he or she suddenly appeared and saw us all hating, fearing, threatening, killing, and cheating each other?
Don't forget all the militant groups who are not state sponsored but sure would like a chance to use the weapons they've been stockpiling, you know who they are, Neo Nazis, Al-Qaeda, Anarchists, Black Panthers, Hezbollah, Somali pirates, etc, etc, etc. Things appear darkest before the dawn, well it's pretty freakin dark out there. GOP Budget Plan

This budget actually looks pretty impressive, comparatively speaking. 4.8 Trillion less spending over the next 10 years, I like that. Five year freeze on nondefense discretionary spending, I'm gonna side with Colin Powell on this one. Basically what he said was if you enact the freeze, you freeze our development. The budget repeals the 787 billion economic stimulus package except for the extension of unemployment benefits. Thats good, I think. It also calls for the fed share of Medicaid payments converted to block grants for states. I know we need a change in Medicaid, but I don't think this is the right way to go. The GOP budget includes 3.6
trillion less borrowing, that's very good. Under the budget spending falls to 20.7% of the nations gross domestic product, as opposed to 24.5% under the Obama proposal. New tax rates and a repeal of the estate tax, corporate tax rate drops from 35% to 25%. I'll have to consider the proposed new tax rates before I render an opinion. The proposed GOP budget plan also permanently extends Bush tax cuts and suspends capital gains through 2010. Heres a quote from Wisconsin Rep. Paul Ryan, the ranking Republican on the House Budget Committee, "The president's budget is little more than a thinly veiled attempt by Washington to spend its way into prosperity, tax its way into tax relief and borrow its way into debt reduction. This simply cannot work,". I have to agree. More, "Rather than getting spending under control, (the Democratic plan) sends spending out of control," he said. "Rather than keeping taxes low to create jobs, it chases ever higher spending with ever higher taxes and results in ever higher debt; not just a modest increase in our national debt, but an unprecedented, unsustainable increase in red ink." Well it seems like the GOP heard our pleas to stop the spending, but are they really listening to the American people or serving their own interests. I guess we'll have to wait and see. AFT

Well as long as the rich and the emerging countries agree. Can anyone name an emerging country? Iran? Afghanistan? Pakistan? Heres the critical part, "kickstart the global economy". Thats what G20 is all about, one world, one economy, bye bye U.S. dollar. Hello comrades.

Quote 2: Global trade is plummeting, protectionism is beginning to make inroads and unemployment is rising. Public anger is also inflamed — protests here Wednesday turned violent in some places on Wednesday with some demonstrators throwing things at riot police. Others smashed windows to scramble into a Royal Bank of Scotland building after police managed to hold back protesters trying to storm the Bank of England. Several people were arrested.

Yeah that protesting stuff doesn't work against Globalism, it has all the power, it doesn't care what you think. It wants to be your parents because it knows whats best for you. Bullshit! My Political Science Education

I guess the joke is I don't have any formal education concerning the field of politics. I started blogging as a way to express the thoughts that were buzzing around inside my head. It has turned into an education. I have learned so much about our government and how it works and how it was intended to work. I am forced to rethink alot of my views. I used to be a Democrat, yesterday I wrote that I thought I might be Republican, well that turned out to be false. As near as I can figure a label for what I am, politically speaking, would be something like Jeffersonian-Constitutionalist. I beleive the Constitution is sacred, and freedom should have no limits. I have come to a realization that big business is good for America. The big issue I've learned is that balance is key to positive economic growth. Balance between left and right. Balance between Supply and Demand. The jobs that create the supply left this country, mostly. The people that lost those jobs are being thrifty about their money, so demand is dropping off. Which sets off a chain reaction, the companies aren't making enough money so they start laying off employees, who then in turn start being thrifty with their money, demand drops off even more. This cycle continues until, bankruptcies close companies, we have warehouses full of stuff nobody can afford. Hopefully someone will say let's sell all this stuff in these warehouses at $1.00 a piece. Then the people have to figure out how to employ themselves, it's do something productive or your family starves time. Let's assume that people start to have a little money in their pockets, from homespun business, they start buying up all that stuff at a $1. Now all of sudden everybody wants one of those incredibly cheap doodads, and the supply is getting short. Someone will begin to manufacture them, and they'll have to hire people to run the machines, and then voila jobs are created. Jobs mean that people now have a steady source of income. They become less thrifty, and start buying more stuff, increasing demand. Now supply has to be raised to meet the demand, balance remember, more people get jobs, more people spend money, more products are available to be purchased. We lived fairly well during "rich" times, now we all have to struggle through with "poor" times until the balance restores itself. Thats the economic cycle, as far as my undereducated brain can grasp it.
Now if we could just figure out how to balance the leadership between right and left.
I want to use this post as a jumping off point, I want everyone who reads this blog to start debating how we can fix the country, and restore the Constitution. Comment away as long as it is productive, maybe we common men can solve the problem, like our founding fathers did.

2. Become incredulous and indignant. Avoid discussing key issues and instead focus on side issues which can be used show the topic as being critical of some otherwise sacrosanct group or theme. This is also known as the "How dare you!" gambit.

3. Create rumor mongers. Avoid discussing issues by describing all charges, regardless of venue or evidence, as mere rumors and wild accusations. Other derogatory terms mutually exclusive of truth may work as well. This method works especially well with a silent press, because the only way the public can learn of the facts are through such "arguable rumors". If you can associate the material with the Internet, use this fact to certify it a "wild rumor" which can have no basis in fact.

4. Use a straw man. Find or create a seeming element of your opponent's argument which you can easily knock down to make yourself look good and the opponent to look bad. Either make up an issue you may safely imply exists based on your interpretation of the opponent, opponent arguments, situation, or select the weakest aspect of the weakest charges. Amplify their significance and destroy them in a way which appears to debunk all the charges, real and fabricated alike, while actually avoiding discussion of the real issues.

5. Sidetrack opponents with name calling and ridicule. This is also known as the primary attack the messenger ploy, though other methods qualify as variants of that approach. Associate opponents with unpopular titles such as kooks, right-wing, liberal, left-wing, terrorists, conspiracy buffs, radicals, militants, racists, religious fanatics, sexual deviates, and so forth. This makes others shrink from support out of fear of gaining the same label, and you avoid dealing with issues.

6. Hit and Run. In any public forum, make a brief attack of your opponent or the opponent position and then scamper off before an answer can be fielded, or simply ignore any answer. This works extremely well in Internetand letters-to-the-editor environments where a steady stream of new identities can be called upon without having to explain criticism reasoning-- simply make an accusation or other attack, never discussing issues, and never answering any subsequent response, for that would dignify the opponent's viewpoint.

7. Question motives. Twist or amplify any fact which could so taken to imply that the opponent operates out of a hidden personal agenda or other bias. This avoids discussing issues and forces the accuser on the defensive.

8. Invoke authority. Claim for yourself or associate yourself with authority and present your argument with enough "jargon" and "minutiae" to illustrate you are "one who knows", and simply say it isn't so without discussing issues or demonstrating concretely why or citing sources.

9. Play Dumb. No matter what evidence or logical argument is offered, avoid discussing issues with denial if they have any credibility, make any sense, provide any proof, contain or make a point, have logic, or support a conclusion. Mix well for maximum effect.

10. Associate opponent charges with old news. A derivative of the strawman usually, in any large-scale matter of high visibility, someone will make charges early on which can be or were already easily dealt with. Where it can be foreseen, have your own side raise a straw man issue and have it dealt with early on as part of the initial contingency plans. Subsequent charges, regardless of validity or new ground uncovered, can usually then be associated with the original charge and dismissed as simply being a rehash without need to address current issues. So much the better where the opponent is or was involved with the original source.

11. Establish and rely upon fall-back positions. Using a minor matter or element of the facts, take the "high road" and "confess" with candor that some innocent mistake, in hindsight, was made, but that opponents have seized on the opportunity to blow it all out of proportion and imply greater criminalities which, "just isn't so." Others can reinforce this on your behalf, later. Done properly, this can garner sympathy and respect for "coming clean" and "owning up" to your mistakes without addressing more serious issues.

12. Enigmas have no solution. Drawing upon the overall umbrella of events surrounding the issue, and the multitude of players and events, paint the entire affair as too complex to solve. This causes those otherwise following the matter to begin to lose interest more quickly without having to address the actual issues.

13. Alice in Wonderland Logic. Avoid discussion of the issues by reasoning backwards with an apparent deductive logic in a way that forbears any actual material fact.

14. Demand complete solutions. Avoid the issues by requiring opponents to solve the problem at hand completely, a ploy which works best for items qualifying for rule 10.

15. Fit the facts to alternate conclusions. This requires creative thinking unless the act was planned with contingency conclusions in place.

16. Vanishing evidence. If it does not exist, it is not fact, and you won't have to address the issue.

17. Change the subject. Usually in connection with one of the other ploys listed here, find a way to side-track the discussion with abrasive or controversial comments in hopes of turning attention to a new, more manageable topic. This works especially well with companions who can "argue"with you over the new topic and polarize the discussion arena in order to avoid discussing more key issues.

18. Emotionalize, Antagonize, and Goad Opponents. If you can't do anythingelse, chide and taunt your opponents and draw them into emotional responses, which will tend to make them look foolish and overly motivated, and generally render their material somewhat less coherent. Not only will you avoid discussing the issues in the first instance, but even if their emotional response addresses the issue, you can further avoid the issues by then focusing on how "sensitive they are to criticism".

19. Ignore proof presented, demand impossible proofs. This is perhaps a variant of the "play dumb" rule. Regardless of what material may be presented by an opponent in public forums, claim the material irrelevant and demand proof that is impossible for the opponent to come by (it may exist, but not be at his disposal, or it may be something which is known to be safely destroyed or withheld, such as a shredded govt. study). In order to completely avoid discussing issues may require you to categorically deny and be critical of media or books as valid sources, deny that witnesses are acceptable, or even deny that statements made by government or other authorities have any meaning or relevance.

20. False evidence. Whenever possible, introduce new facts or clues designed and manufactured to conflict with opponent presentations as useful tools to neutralize sensitive issues or impede resolution. This works best when the crime was designed with contingencies for the purpose, and the facts cannot be easily separated from the fabrications.

21. Call a parliamentary committee study, Supreme court test, or other empowered investigative body. Subvert the (process) to your benefit and effectively neutralize all sensitive issues without true public input. Once convened, the evidence and testimony are required to be acceptable to the committee or court as evidence when properly handled, damaging evidence can be discarded. For instance, if you own the judicial or committee officials, it can insure an official hearing hears no useful evidence and that the evidence is sealed, refused or buried and unavailable to subsequent investigators. Oncea favorable verdict (usually, this technique is applied to find the govt. innocent, but it can also be used to obtain authority when seeking to extend govt. powers) is achieved, the matter can be considered officially closed.

22. Manufacture a new truth. Create your own expert(s), group(s), author(s),leader(s) or influence existing ones willing to forge new ground via scientific, investigative, or social research or testimony which concludes favorably. In this way, if you must actually address issues, you can do so authoritatively.

23. Create bigger distractions. If the above does not seem to be working to distract from sensitive issues, or to prevent unwanted media coverage of unstoppable events such as trials, create bigger news stories (or treat them as such) to distract the multitudes.

24. Silence critics. If the above methods do not prevail, consider removing opponents from circulation by some definitive solution so that the need to address issues is removed entirely. This can be by their meeting with an accident, an arrest and detention, blackmail or destruction of their character by release of damaging information, or merely by proper intimidation with blackmail or other threats.

25. Vanish or seek less contentious employment. If you are a key holder of dirty secrets or otherwise overly operationally illuminated and you think the heat is getting too hot, to avoid the issues, vacate the kitchen. Find a cozy non controversial plumb in the public or private sector (secured with your party loyalty) and evade the heat your policies have created. Or if you really F****ED up a lot of people, vacate to a third world dictatorship that understands your brand of politics where your tax swollen bank account will allow you to live like a king.

True American Hero

I'd like to honor Navy Petty Officer Mike Monsoor. Mike threw himself on a grenade in Iraq to save the lives of a group of Navy Seals. Mike was not a Seal, he was EOD. During Mike Monsoor's funeral in San Diego , as his coffin was being moved from the hearse to the grave site at Ft. Rosecrans National Cemetery , SEAL's were lined up on both sides of the pallbearers route forming a column of two's,with the coffin moving up the center. As Mike's coffin passed, each SEAL, having removed his gold Trident from his uniform, slapped it down ,embedding the Trident in the wooden coffin. The slaps were audible from across the cemetery. By the time the coffin arrived grave side, it looked as though it had a gold inlay from all the Tridents pinned to it. Mike was awarded the Congressional Medal of Honor, posthumously.

Yes, I believe that the AIG bonuses were thrown in the bailout just to divert our attention from what is really going on. We just wrote ourselves a big I.O.Me, for a trillion dollars! Is this the end of capitalism, probably, but I saw it coming way back when the dollar was no longer backed by gold. Which, by the way, the price of gold went way up when this happened, if your looking for a solid investment, you can't go wrong with GOLD. Maybe this is the signal we needed to kick off the revolution, it's time to get these self serving politicians and their cronies in the various departments, get them and imprison them for attempted murder of Lady Liberty. I'm serious, we need to organize, it's time to change things and the right to force a change for the better is in the hands of the American people. We don't want socialism, we don't want communism, we want Democracy and maybe I'm the only one who thinks this but Capitalism goes hand in hand with Democracy. Business is good for America. Maybe I'm crazy but it seems like foreign trade and companies leaving this country to seek cheaper labor is what is killing America, well that and idiotic politicians who are too wrapped up in partisanship to see whats best for America. It used to be America made everything it needed to survive. We need a law that says if a company that was formed in the U.S. and then moved or moves to another country does not get to import their products to the United States. Nationalized Healthcare-For or Against

I want to talk on this subject because I feel my opinion might open some eyes and maybe you'll agree. I feel that giving the United States government control of health care would be crazy, they can't even take good care of the veterans. If you want me to support government run healthcare then I must insist that they prove themselves worthy by making sure the men and women who serve our nation get the best healthcare in the world. They deserve healthcare that makes sure that they get all the medicine and treatment they need at a level of excellence that will be a shining example to get me to vote for it. If our gov can do that, then I'll support giving them control of healthcare for everyone. Hey Obama, if you think you can make vets pay for their healthcare then I'm personally gonna fight for their right to top notch healthcare, fully paid for by the nation they risked all for. I'm taking a stand on this issue because its the right thing to do, because I want to do my part for those who gave so much. AFT

U.N. says U.S. Demonized Ahmadinejad

Iran, as a whole, villainized itself back in the 70s when they took those Americans hostage. I am not sure where I saw it, possibly Bill O'Reilly show, one of the hostages said that Ahmadinejad was one of the hostage keepers and that he told him that Iran will invade the U.S.A. So that pretty much villainizes Ahmadinejad. He did it to himself. I think this relates to my other post about some idiots that think it would be ok if Iran had nukes. Ahmadinejad already has a history of threatening the U.S., wants nukes, is a damn terrorist. Nuff said. AFT
